Online Store POLICIES
Please note that processing of orders will be done during our business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays only.
PAYMENT
Payment for items may be done via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer

- BDO
- GCash
- UnionBank
For Direct Bank Transfers, account details will be displayed upon checkout. Full payment must be done within 24 hours, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled by our system. Kindly send your proof of payment to alpha.g.leather@gmail.com so we can process the shipping of paid items. However, if you need more time to settle, you may request for an extension by sending us an email at alpha.g.leather@gmail.com
SHIPPING
We offer shipping within the Philippines for items ordered through our website.
Luzon (1-2 business days)
Visayas & Mindanao (3-4 business days)
Shipping schedule: Tuesday and Friday
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, kindly log in to your account and cancel processing. You may also send an email to alpha.g.leather@gmail.com to cancel your order.
REFUNDS
No refunds for items that were delivered in good condition.
CUSTOM ORDERS (LEATHER)
- For bespoke orders, custom designs, and bulk orders, the lead time is at least 15 working days depending on the design and quantity of the order.
- A 50% down payment is necessary to confirm the order. Material selection and prototyping will proceed after the receipt of down payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made within five (5) days after confirmation. A full refund will then be processed within (5) business days.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING FEES
Clients will receive a notification through email once items are ready for delivery.
As for bespoke orders, custom designs, and bulk orders, shipping fees will be shouldered by the client.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
If a leather is not available at the time, another leather can be suggested that is similar. Availability of leather varies depending on demand and supply. Leathers can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us.
