SHIPPING

Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of when the order was placed as every item is made to order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

We use JRS Express & LBC (for COD method) and send all products with a tracking number. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

  • What is your return policy?

Because every product is made to order, we generally do not offer refunds. However if you experience product failure, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund upon return receipt and inspection. In the event that a refund is agreed upon,  please allow us up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.

  • Can I get my product personalized?

Yes, we offer free personalization on all products. 

  • Where do you source your materials?

Leather: All our leather is sourced from PH tanneries and ITALY (for premium leather). Our leather comes from the best tanneries including Conceria Walpier (Italy), Badalassi Carlo (Italy). We only use full grain vegetable tanned leather, which is the highest quality leather available. 

Thread: I have long been looking for the perfect thread and finally set on waxed linen thread by MeiSi or Nanmei. It's a pure natural thread with a light waxed coating, has a nice sheen and is resistant to fraying.
